Sunpine Properties owned the aircraft from 1986 to 2005 at which time he sold it to it's current owner, and the history of the aircraft is well known.The aircraft was purchased in 1986 by Sunpine Properties from Yingling Aircraft in Wichita, KS. N40ME has been continuously kept in a heated hangar in northern Minnesota and Superior, Wi and has been very well maintained.The aircraft has not had any major damage history and is a very nice clean aircraft.
