This is a good solid Mooney with a few minor aches. In annual and equipped as in the photos. What is not shown is that it had an S_TEC 60-pss autopilot with altitude preselect. Former owner took some of the componments but left wiring, bracketss and some components. He filled the empty holes but some parts not connected. Flies straight and has 4500tt with 750 smoh. Located at Jackson County airport in Sylva NC but can be moved anywhere in a reasonable area for your departure. Outyside is very good with exception of a little minor touchup and interior is usable though not new. Unless you are very very picky you won"t replace either interior or exterior. Very unusual for a Mooney it has co-pilot brakes so you can get or give dual instruction. New battery as well as new ELT battyery.
