Seller Notes: “Christavia Mk4 is in very good condition, this aircraft has the O-360 A1A model of which was one of the better engines Lycoming made. Useful load is 820 lbs., has an excellent climb rate, over 1,000 feet per minute average load. Stalls at about 36 mph under 30 degrees of flap, very docile forward stall, cruise prop, cruises at 118 mph at 2,150 rpm, 140 mph at 2,550 rpm. Vne is 142 mph. The engine logs are complete from 1970, engine total time is approximately 2,090 hours. Condition inspection was done at 1,940 hours with top work done, inspection of internal parts were satisfactory within specifications, engine resealed by A&P and deemed airworthy to return back to service. The engine oil pressure is 80 psi and engine runs great, fires right up, excellent compressions. The magnetos are due for rebuild in about 50 hours or so (approaching 500 hours). More avionics than the average aircraft! The spars and ribs are wood. Poly stits cover.” |
