After purchase he declined to come out to Vegas and I was transferred to Iraq for 7 months. Just received the Narco MK12D back from repair and we finished the annual. Not just a sign off, but a real annual. All AD"s complied with. Aircraft has clear title in my name, no liens.While I understand the engine is at its recommended TBO, you can continue to fly this aircraft for some time, then overhaul/exchange the engine. Price reflects this.There are two stop drilled cracks in the sliding canopy. Both on the left side. One polishing blemish on the windscreen lower center done by previous owner. You can see it, but it does not affect vision.Aircraft is hangared at KVGT. I can show most any day as I work across the street from the facility.I also have a KLN 90B IFR Enroute GPS with rack and new antenna available for purchase after the aircraft sells.
