Item specifics Condition: Seller Notes:
Make: Cessna Featured Refinements: Cessna 150
Model Year: 1977
This 1977 Cessna 150M was a limited edition produced for about a year. The paint scheme was custom Designed by Cessna for their “Take Off” promotion. I’ve been told only 25 or so we’re painted this way. This particular one, N714MC, was a trainer for only a year or two. It was owned by a Doctor in central Mississippi For most of its life. As a result, it had very little use and abuse when I found it a couple years ago, collecting dust in a hangar. With only 2,269 hours on the airframe and engine since NEW, it is certainly one of the lowest time 150Ms out there. I took the wing off of it and trailered it home. I pulled the engine and had a first class overhaul performed on it. New STD crankshaft. Everything else new or yellow tagged. New mags, harness, plugs, carb, alternator, vac pump, etc..... everything firewall forward was restored to like new condition including engine mount. Only around 23 hours on the engine SMOH. NEW Concorde 25XC battery just installed. Auto fuel STC (but only run avgas) Spin on oil filter, Brakett air filter. Custom interior designed (with burn certs!) and installed. New Airtex carpet. All interior plastics restored or replaced and painted. All new glass, front, rear, and sides, “riveted on” the correct way. Almost All exterior fairings are new. New tires and bearings, etc... New Garmin 660 with synthetic vision installed, Garmin 327 XPDR with mods C and ADS-B compliant. Comes with Remote intercom system. All logs and records since new!! The plane flies great. straight and level. As you can see..... I am in the middle of stripping the plane. The “buy it now” is “as is”, fly it away! ..... but for another $14,500.....I’ll paint it for you. First class, base/clear, in the colors and scheme of your choosing. Please call or message with any and all questions. This is a no excuses, low time, Jewel of a plane. Why spend 100k on an LSA when you can have a like new plane at half the cost. Bid to win!!!
