| Make your ONE airplane into a TWO airplane hangar.You will be bidding on an aircraft lift with little use and minimal wear. The lift has lots of life left; so it will be maintenance free! (New units cost $14,400 plus shipping) I am the 2nd owner and this unit is approximately 6 years old. This unit is the M2500 model and will safely support an airplane up to 2500 lbs. Set up now for traditional tri-cycle gear, but can be converted to also a tail wheel configuration at the same time. The upright is 14" 9"" and there is 10ft. free and clear space underneath the lift when the aircraft lift is at the top stop.This model itself weights 2700 lbs. As of March 2015 - 120 hours was spent prepping and repainting the entire lift with a white epoxy paint so it won"t stain. It is now fuel, water and oil resistant. Now, being oil and fuel resistant it can be wiped down to stay looking like new for years.It was sanded down, wiped down with mek, then primed with K-2 primer, and last 4 coats of ultra hard white epoxy paint was applied. So, this unit has 6 coats of long lasting paint. If this unit sells for $8750 or more, there will be no additional $500 fee to break the unit down and help prepare it for shipping.
