This is a very stable, excellent flying gyroplane that we are selling because we have purchased a new gyroplane for our flight training business. It has a Rotax 912ULS, 100HP 4 stroke engine, is used on a daily basis, and has been a dependable training plane for many years. Total time is 1780 hours. As are all gyroplanes in the US, this is an experimental plane that was originally built as a kit. The rotors are 29 feet long and are made by Sport Copter, and have approximately 500 hours. The original tail has been extended and replaced with a larger volume Air Command Tri-Tail. Flying an FAA registered gyroplane requires at least a sport pilot or private license. The plane is located in San Manuel, AZ at airport E77. Comes with an enclosed (detachable light weight steel tube frame and stowable canvas sunbrella cover) trailer. Slide the the enclosure off, and you have a dual axle tandem trailer. The cover is water proof, and protects the gyro on long road trips, or if needed - to store it out of the weather. The back unzips and allows the rear portion to fold down and act as a loading ramp for the gyro. The rotors are lifted off, disassembled, and stored in a box inside the trailer when transporting. With a truck and camper, you can drive to your destination and then go flying, or just fly the gyro to your destination! Mark @ 520-840-0186
