1946 AERONCA CHAMP LIGHT SPORT • 1,503 TT 217 SMOH. Ground up Restoration in 2007 including all new Spars and Ceconite Fabric with Superflite Paint System. The Continental C85-12F Engine was Majored in 2007 using STC with 0-200 Crankshaft, Rods, and Pistons, commonly referred to as a Stroker Engine. The Engine is smooth and has plenty of power. Spin-on Oil Filter, Skytec Starter, New Sealed Battery, Carb just rebuilt by Columbia Aircraft, 13 gallon Wing Tanks (26 gallons total), Hydraulic Toe Brakes, Hooker Harness, Cleveland Brakes, Icom Handheld w/ External Antenna, 2 place Built-In Intercom, Side Air Vents, and PTT in Stick. All Logs. All AD"s C/W. Annual completed in August 2018, next Annual will not be due until 08/2019. Gross Weight is 1,320 and empty weight is 892. Useful Load is 428 lbs. There is no know history of this champ every exceeding the light sport category. All Work Well Documented with Receipts.
