NY - The Plane is very well equipped with about $11-13k in avionics! I personally have hundreds of hours in the plane and loved teaching in it! It is very well-maintained and still flying
regularly, so times listed will change – TTAF 2600+ since NEW - Same with the engine, Lycoming
O-235-N2C - it is high time and still running strong with good compressions, and only 490 hours since a "top" overhaul (Aug 2015). Not that you need to right away, but if you chose to overhaul the engine sooner rather that later, the current price on a Factory Overhaul is $21,045, so for $50-55K you would have one of the newest, lowest times used airplanes on the market! - Avionics: Garmin 430 WAAS
