It has been meticulously cared for. It is currently out of Annuals, the last annual was completed in 2009, however it has had continuous schedule of inspections. The plane was last flown 3 weeks ago.
The air frame has approximately 4,400 hours. The control surfaces are in very good condition. A recent compression test indicated all cylinders are within range and there are no leaks. The center spar AD has been completed. The spar straps have been installed with an STC. There no currently outstanding AD’s It has weight & balance certificates. Recent compression test (Excellent). STC’s completed. STC completed on tail. AD for skin thickness has been checked and excellent. M wing tips has an STC. STC for Yaw Dampener. No governor on Prop, flyer controls from toggle. Visual mechanical and structural inspection : The engine, and driveline are complete and upgraded including supplemental type certificates (STC) related to the upgrade, all items are present and in good to very good condition. The frame rails, sub frame and structural integrity is in good condition with no indicators of abuse. Mechanical evaluation : The aircraft is in good to very good overall mechanical condition it will require non routine repairs as the engine hours are reaching the allocated maximum threshold, the engine currently has 1,400 hours with a TVO of 1,500 hours. Landing Gear: The retractable landing gear is in good to very good condition with new tires and bearings, the landing gears retract and engage with ease. Radio & Communications: The aircraft is equipped with two King Radios and Loran navigation system Interior inspection: The interior is in good to very condition, the instruments, seats, dash, side panels, roof panels and carpets are in very good condition with no indicators effecting fit and finish. The interior sub floor panels are solid and in very good condition. The gauges are present and function in very good condition.
