The reason I sell it is just that I live in Germany and bringing the airplane to Europe would mean a lot of avionics upgrade for IFR use what is required there.
Otherwise I would definitely keep the airplane. You won"t find that much airplane for this little money anywhere else. I am motivated to sell while I am here in Florida. Make a reasonable offer.
