Beautiful late model 150M. This plane has been very well cared for and it shows! The engine is smooth running and burns 1 quart of oil between 25 hour oil changes.

The annual has expired. It was due in January, but I have not had time to coordinate the new annual with my mechanic. I always do an owner assisted annual, but between work and a newborn, it has been hard to schedule things. I don"t expect anything to come up during the annual. The few squawks the plane had have been fixed (new nav light bulb and belly fuel drain). I pull the plane out and give it a good runup every couple of weeks. It has not been a sitter, but I"m not flying as much as I used to.
