“This aircraft has just undergone an extensive annual inspection 9/1/2015. Two minor hardware descepancies were found and corrected. All systems are operative except for the Loran Navigation which was deactivated by the FAA in 2010.(I use a portable GPS plugged into ships power utility outlet). The transponder is fully operational, however the 2yr Calibration check is due, but not required for flight. The electric T/B indicator is a little noisy indicating some wear. The CHT indicator occasionally fluctuates for #4cyl. Tail wheel and left main tire showing some wear, but not beyond airworthy limits.”

I am very fond of my Cessna , however I have recently purchased another Airplane(Ercoupe) and find it difficult to justify the cost associated with owning two airplanes. So at my age I have regrettably decided to sell the Tail dragger, and keep the more forgiving Ercoupe. Note:I am currently flying Aircraft, so Engine/Airframe times will change. I can deliver airplane within a reasonable distance at buyers cost for Insurance, Fuel, and Return Transportation.
