“Seller Notes:"This is my personal aircraft. Purchased over fifteen years ago in Texas for a growing family and now downsizing. The original owner was Tobin Mapping of San Antonio, now defunct, a photo mapping corporation. Tobin purchased the airplane when new and kept it based, hangered, and maintained at KSAT during its working life. I have kept it hangered and maintained in Rome, GA at KRMG. The aircraft was repainted just prior to my purchase. I then had the interior redone, panel redone, all wiring replaced, windows mostly replaced, anti-corrosion treatment, mags and props overhauled, and many more minor items as well. I have all the logbooks, and there is no damage history other than a small underwing panel added where a jackstand damaged the skin during the annual a few years ago. All AD's, which are few on these birds, are current. New wing bolts installed less than five years ago despite the original bolts showing no adverse damage during the AD inspection."”
