I have a 1977 BD4-B I have been working on for the last 2 years. I have the logs. Its a solid airplane and has always been inside. I have reinforced the MLG box, added a new from BD aero, nose gear assembly, and elevator trim system. The last owner removed the rear seat and was in the process of creating a large baggage area. I removed the structure and was going to reinstall the rear seat. I installed a TruTrak auto pilot servo for pitch and one for yaw damp, design taken from an RV10, ready to install roll auto pilot servo. It originally had yokes, I removed them and installed sicks, New cables installed. I have a 406Mhz ELT installed. It has Cleveland Master brake cylinders set up for a remote reservoir. The wings a fiberglass and have no fuel stains. I also have some automotive front seats to be installed. I have decided to stop building and focus on some other interests.
Not included : I do have an IO-360-C1C engine with log book that I was going to rebuild so that engine is negotiable. I also have a lot of really good avionics, two Advanced flight systems 5500 touch screen with engine board, audio panel, Dynon ADS-B, Dynon 2020 transponder negotiable as well.
