This plane is in very nice condition and has been well maintained. This is not a desperation sale.The previous owner simply had no use for it anymore as he owns several aircraft and was reducing his fleet. This plane was coming up on annual and he didn"t want to put the money into it so I bought it , did the needed work . The engine was done in 04 by Mattituck. The plane was regularly flown and did not sit. Everything works as it should . There are no outstanding A.D."s. It cruises at 100 ( it"s a Skipper not a Bonanza). !!! Please do your research.
