#4 cylinder is showing 30psi and will need to be addressed, we replaced #2 cylinder in 2016, The cylinder was $1200 and installed by our mechanic who is a CFI as well, if you need a high-performance/complex endorsement he is your man, he knows the aircraft well and has flown it plenty of hours.
