Transponder working.The aircraft exterior is a 7/10 and the interior is a 6/10. The interior is in good shape other than a tear in the copilot side pocket. The aircraft has the ski-tube installed. The aircraft has a useful load of 980 lbs. The 300 h.p. Continental Engine IO-520-K Serial # 209-297-72K has 369.23 hours SMOH at time of annual and was gone through completely by Aeromark in McKinney. The Propeller is a Hartzell Model # HC-C3YF-1RF blade design of 8468-8R and was serviced in June 2015 by Byam Propeller Service.The aircraft has been hangared for one and a half years and before that was based in Odessa, TX. As far as I can tell the aircraft has always been hangared.
