I bought this nice 150 about three years ago to train my daughter and now that is done so I am passing it along to some other lucky person to enjoy. The plane has no damage history and logs all the way back to date of manufacture. The paint and interior are very nice but not perfect. The leading edge at the wing strips is fading a bit. There is very minor defects in the paint under the tha tail and on the leading edge of the horizontal.No tears or holes in the seats but the fabric is several years old. The carpet is newer and great condition. I just had a new windshiel put in for the daughters check ride and it will have a new ELT battery. The plugs were all replaced with Tempest plugs at the last annual and it has a very strong sealed concord ships battery. The radios are King KX 170B with VOR indicator all working good and a Narco transponder. Also a two place intercom. Comes with a newer cockpit cover and a corgo net. Brake pads were good at the annual and the nose strut needs a little air since it has been statice for awhile. The annual is due in Sept. I have since moved to Alaska and can not show the plane but the maintenance shop on the field can be employed for inspections or I can arrange for someone to show the aircraft.
