This aircraft is located at Earle Airpark in Hastings Fl. (near St Augustine). I am listing it for a friend. It was recently flown but the logs are currently lost and are not included with sale. The airframe total time since new was reported to be 3186 hours (corresponds with Hobbs) and the engine time since overhaul was reported to be app. 750 hours. It has a new battery and runs well. I can help with a ferry permit if needed.
The aircraft is clean with no substantial corrosion. With the exception of the crazed door windows and missing clock I don"t see any serious issues that would not pass an annual inspection. The paint is faded and thin with primer showing through in spots. No hail damage noted.
I would advise the purchaser to buy an Adlog record keeping system. All Airworthiness Directives will have to be either complied with or signed off as "previously complied with-verified by inspection". The Adlog system comes with new airframe, engine, propeller and avionics logs along with text to all applicable Ads with place for endorsement on each one. It also has a weight and balance section (aircraft will have to be weighed). The Adlog system costs a little over a hundred dollars and comes with a nice binder and a one year subscription to AD notes. It is the perfect format to use to reconstruct the records and make the aircraft in compliance all record keeping airworthiness requirements.
The aircraft has a current registration and an airworthiness certificate.
