Item specifics Lost interest in this project. It is a single seat Capella Javelin Ultralight with a Yamaha 485CC two stroke (50hp). It has a belt reduction drive with a warp drive adjustable pitch carbon fiber prop (prop painted since pictures). It is complete with several spare parts. It was running last summer and flown last in 2014. It is currently disassembled in my garage for transport. It has a newer amateur covering job (stits process, black in color). It needs some general TLC, the fuel system/tank re-installed, and the engine wiring connected (have all wiring diagrams). It will also need new AN hardware to attach the wings and struts. Not a show winner and it has some repairs, but it"s all there and very functional. Buyer must pick up at zip 61727. Delivery may be an option based on distance but that must be negotiated before auction close. Contact seller with questions or to see plane in person. This thing will be easy to get back together and flying this summer!
On Apr-01-16 at 16:38:00 PDT, seller added the following information:Getting lots of questions on shipping/storing after auction, I am willing to store it until May 15 if paid in full within three days of auction close. I may be willing to deliver it up 250 miles for a fee to be negotiated before the auction"s close. I hauled it in an 8x20 enclosed trailer and had to build 2x4 supports to hang the wings on the walls.
First buyer didn"t show up or pay. $500 dollar paypal deposit to be made at auction close!
