Motor has over 2,000 hours.Interior and exterior rate less than 5 out of ten. Top wing paint poor. Plane stays in its hangar here on the farm.. Really. I fly it less than three hours a year. An hour of That is farm-airport-farm for its annual. Plane works well (no info on radios because I don"t use them) and had annual Nov 14th, 2016. Annual before that was July 2015..... and I ran the engine less than 3 hours between annuals. I have an ultralight that I fly equally rarely. Time since major overhaul about 2190 hours....which is beyond recommended, but it had 70, 70, 68, 70 compression Nov of "16. Oil stays clean. Starts well (new battery Dec 2016). Strut stays aired-up. Tires need air once a year. Windshield is OK but sides and rear are crazing. I have a new windshield still in the box here somewhere. Free.... with $9,000 purchase. Brakes are fine. Tanks full of AvGas. Has STC for auto gas, but Av keeps better. Paperwork is in order. I didn"t bother with a flight physical when it was due a month ago. Easier to sell the plane. SO...... Let"s find a new home for it. Cash is fine, but I like bulldozers too. Backhoe? Don"t like boats, bikes, or campers. Maybe a light-sport aircraft/Ultralight.....but nothing wooden. I do have a new 55hp motor if I need one. This is not a distress sale. Do not waste your time bothering to offer me less. Glad to answer questions, take more pics, or show you the plane.
