Summary 1958
Cessna 175 project aircraft. The story as reported to me
was this Cessna 175 was damaged during transport. It had to be disassembled for transport
due to airport closure. The aircraft tail structure was damaged.
The engine to my knowledge was not preserved after disassembly. The empennage, elevator,
and rudder were damaged. Engine and aircraft logs are available. The aircraft is being sold
as is in project condition. I have do not have time to complete an inventory.
It appears to have most parts with the possible exception of some hardware and
other items may be missing. Engine does not have much time since
overhaul. However, it has not run since the early 1990s so overhaul is required
IAW Continental OH Manual. Engine has chrome cylinders and turns over easily. Aircraft has been disassembled. Inspection
is highly recommended. Aircraft Inspection Status Times are estimated from
logs and may contain inaccuracies. Pre-purchase inspection recommended.
