470, 260 horse power 4,465 hours TTAF and 665 SMOH, still
flown by owners so hours may vary. Fresh
annual inspection with sale, sign off at sale date. It has had the gear door STC to make it
similar to a /N model and has a Tanis
heater on the engine. New interior in 2010, new seats, new side panels and new
carpet, headliner was done a few years before that and looks very good , dash
is original and looks above average - so interior a 9+. New antennas and coaxes were replaced in 2010
when interior was installed. Radios were
also removed, inspected and connections cleaned at this time. The hydraulic power pack was replaced within
roughly 125 tach hours. The alternator
was rebuilt in 2009 along with new seals in the front strut. Vacuum pump and filtration system replaced in
2011. One landing gear up bracket was
replaced at the 2012 annual. Tires have
been replaced in the last few years and look good. Right brake was a bit noisy and gave problem
so replaced it. Exhaust system rebuilt
2013. Paint is white with red and blue
trim and about a 7 (design consistent with year model), airplane is always
hangared. The bird is IFR capable (need
to recertify altimeter). Panel was
updated since original but has some age, still looks impressive for a 1963 with
the following radio package: Audio panel w/3 light marker beacon
