Exterior is a 8.5 and interior is a 5. has all six seats. useful load is 1470LBS Total time on this beautiful Turbo 206 is 5267.04 hrs and has Only 1059 hrs Since a factory overhaul and only 413 hrs since a complete top overhaul. the Q-Tip hartzell propeller has 2711 hrs since new and is in very nice shape. Just went thru an annual and is next due at 12-31-2016. Has larger elevators per a field approval, flint wingtip extensions with extended range fuel 14 gallons each and 40 gallon main tanks for a total fuel load of 108 gallons. Engine is a continental TSIO-520M and hartzell 3 bladed q-tip propeller installed under RAM STC SA2782SW and STC SA4111SW allowing 310HP at 37" MP.. This aircraft has built in oxygen system but the bottle has been removed due to not passing a hydro test. Martin Machining STOL kit installed, 8.50 main tires and 8.00 nose tire, Horizon Digital Tach. Dual Altimeters, Collins Audio panel, Garmin 296 panel mounted, Garmin SL40 navcom, King KY97A Com, King KR 87 ADF, Garmin GTX 327 transponder, Sig-tronics intercom/ 6place, Electronics international 6 cylinder EGT/CHT, Gami Injectors. This Aircraft Has been very well maintained and cared for, the exterior paint is very nice and there is no hail damage or corrosion at all nor major damage history on this aircraft. The interior is in need of new seat covers and carpet and some plastic, The original logs were lost in 1989 and Great lengths were gone thru to establish times and recreate the missing paperwork. aircraft times were established using 337s and work orders and are accurate, the engine logbook was new with the engine 2000.
