I bought this project a few years ago, but have decided to go with a Long Ez instead. The original builder was a mechanical engineer, he did great work. The kit comes with the original builder"s notes and two sets of plans. It also comes with some spare materials: foam board, fiberglass cloth, flox, glass beads, peel-ply, bolts and findings; but not enough to bother listing in detail.
The loose material hanging from the plane is not fiberglass, but peel ply. It"s a good thing to still have on there.
It"s a great project with some of the more annoying work already done. Feel free to message me with questions.
I can not ship this. You will need to come get it. It can fit in a truck bed comfortable, though the canard may need to be crated(I can help with that.)
