The material you see hanging loose is not fiberglass, but peel-ply. Most of the tub still has the peel-ply on it from its last layup.
I bought this thinking I"d finish it, but years later I realize I don"t have the time. Two full sets of plans are included with this purchase, as well as some building materials: couple foam boards, 2 bags glass fill, a little bit of cloth, and some peel-ply fabric.
