Just came out of annual. Compression"s are 1)78/80 2) 75/80 3)76/80 4)78/80 1595 engine hours. G1000, KAP140 autopilot, GDL69A, XM weather and music, weight modification kit, 900 lb useful load, long range 50 gallon tanks, new vinyl striping, interior is a 9, email for log book pdf files. All ADs are complied with. I believe this engine will go another 1500 hours. 140 knots TAS on 9GPH. I will continue to fly this aircraft once a week. Great IFR trainer, got my ticket in it.

The only cosmetic issues I think are worth disclosing is the 2" paint chipped area on the front wheel fairing and where the fiberglass is chipped on the right bottom part of the right wheel fairing. I included pictures of these 2 minor things.
Logbooks are complete and in good shape and order. The only thing I can find is there was one event where the plane"s alternator failed on a FAA checkride and they returned to land with no flaps and one of the wing tips brushed the ground. They replaced the wing tip with factory new. I could not find a NTSB report, but I am a straight shooter and want to disclose everything I know.
The airplane does not have a lien. Airplane is listed in my personal name so you can avoid any sales tax implications in most states.
