Two blade aluminum prop built in Canada, aluminum fuselage, fabric wings. Manufactured December 5th 1960. McGregor model MG 65, serial number MG 1.. Single seat bi-plane with 1150 hrs total time since manufacture.Aircraft last flown September 1999. and has been stored with occasional undocumented ground runs and oil changes. Engine replaced May 1978 and appears to have 208 hours per log book. Continental A-65 engine with McCauley prop ic 90. Plane has J3 main gear with an extra hard rubber tail wheel. A tinted windshield is presently installed with also a clear windshield included. Six quarts of aviation oil included. The plane has a special airworthiness certificate with experimental category. Certificate of aircraft registration is expired.. Weight and balance report May 1978 indicate max gross weight 1950 lbs and empty weight of 678 lbs, Useful load 272 lbs. Equipped with 12 gal main tank and a 2 gallon reserve tank with float level indicator. Aircraft has no electrical system or avionics and must be hand propped.
