You are bidding on a plans built, single engine, 2 place experimental aircraft. I started/stopped the project years ago and now don"t intend to finish it. The fuselage welding is done from the firewall to the tail. It has a good quality epoxy primer finish. The wings and flaperons are about 90% done. Main gear, tires, tail wheel, and brakes are included. Wheels are Matco brand with disc brakes.
The fuselage is 8" longer, shifting the CG a bit to accommodate a bit larger, more powerful engine. The original plans called for a 503 Rotax.
I personally did all the TIG welding. Included, are welding Samples that were tested to destruction. I have been in possession of the project since it"s inception. The fuselage is coated with a high quality epoxy primer.
I have listed it as "new" because it has never been flown. I started this project about 23 years ago.
My "Raven" plans were purchased from a company in Canada. This plane is a plans built copy of a Kitfox. It is in no way associated with Kitfox or Avid Flier, or the Raven Aircraft Corp. The CAD drawings were made by measuring a completed Kitfox. Current date: 2015-08-16
