Probably the widest of 4 place cubs, it was scratch built from Wag-Aero 2+2 plans but 8 extra inches were put in the fuselage width. Standard size 172 seats on rails in the front, sling back seat, large extended baggage, extended flaps, oversize horizontals, vortex generators, seaplane doors,windshield cover,10-19 cond. inspec., all AD"s complied, Valcom 720 probably works, basic instruments, 2 yo battery, recent 850x6 tires, original tubes,bungees replaced and not broken in yet, Lyc O-320, runs good,1010SMOH a long time ago, chrome cyl., provision for constant speed prop but would require relocation of muffler, last compression 76,72,75,73, wood spars, 36 gal fuel, top of wings recovered for cosmetic purposes 20 years ago, hangered since so fabric should have the strength of new, but a laytex paint was used and it has yellowed and crazed so looks BAD. Sheet metal work never was pretty. Stall dirty indicated is 35 mph, clean is 40mph, clean and light it doesn"t break, just porpoises down like a 172. Aprox 110+ mph at 2400rpm with current metal cruise prop. Wings built for an additional 36 gal fuel but those tanks are not installed; it would require recover to install them. 1034 lb useful and unlike a Cub there"s room to put that much in it, also room for Bunny Boots. No float fittings. Recent side glass.
