Up for sale is my 1973 Grumman AA1B with a Lycoming O320 160HP upgrade. Total time on the air frame is approx. 2400 hrs and the Engine has approx. 400 hrs SMOH. The Plane performs very well. It climbs over 1000 ft/min with 2 people on a hot day and cruises at about 115 knots. It has an extra oil filter system with chip detector for better oil filtration and additional safety. All logbooks are there from day one. This is a real nice, fun and inexpensive plane. Compression on all cyl. in the mid 70"s. Next annual in August. I would rate the exterior and interior 7 out of 10. I fly the plane regularly and it is a joy to fly it. I am only selling it because I moved to lakefront house and would like to buy an amphibious Plane. The price for the plane is more than fair, so lowballers and tire kickers please don"t waste my time and please ask your wife, mother your bank or who ever is needed for the purchase of this plane before you make an offer.
