“This auction is for a barn found Hovey Delta Bird with a Rotax 530 engine. We know nothing about the airplane other than what is seen in the pictures. It appears to be complete except for a prop and a fuel tank. Aircraft is located at HTW in OHIO and you are welcome to come and inspect. Please contact me through ebay and I'll provide a contact phone number. The Rotax engine spins freely and feels like it has good compression. The fabric covering seems to be in decent shape. Auction is for the Delta Bird only. We strongly recommend that a certified aircraft mechanic go over the airplane before anyone attempts to fly it. We disclaim all liability about the aircraft since we really don't know anything about it. This is a no reserve auction, high bidder takes. it. Thanks for looking and happy bidding.”
