Comes with a Kinzie STC for use in the "A" model. This can also fit the "B" model Hughes
This engine was powering my Hughes 269A helicopter. A hard landing accident has caused me to decide to part out this aircraft. The engine was NOT a sudden stoppage !!!! The pilot killed the engine with the mixture control, but, because it was involved in a hard landing, I had the engine crankshaft checked, just in case. It was found to be well within tolerance. (See logbook entry in logbook pics)
The engine was a powerful and smooth running unit, and had never experienced any problems whatsoever. This unit is being sold with ALL accessories, including the mags, SkyTec starter and Alternator, and all the baffling for the 269A series helicopter. Turn key, ready to bolt onto your aircraft and fly. Logbooks are included of course !
I have many other parts for this helicopter, but no blades. ALL rotables are being inspected (just to make sure) and will have logs with them.
I have the Upper and Lower pullies, H-Frame, Belts, Glass, Seats, etc, etc, etc. Pretty much everything you would need to build up another one. Whatever you need, I will sell VERY reasonable! If you have questions, please call me - Rick 8 17three zero 7 58four zero
