Last buyer did not have funds. Listing this for the bottom price I"ll take on this aircraft. I simply need the hangar space for a Chieftain we now have. Please, no trades or offers lower than the buy it now. See it in person, it"s a solid airplane. Will be sold freshly detailed. ANNUAL DUE JUNE 1, 2017.For sale is a well maintained 1968 Cessna 310N (N4140Q) in overall blue with white and grey accents. Excellent maintenance history! We have flown this aircraft across North America more times than I can count in the past few years. Has been a reliable aircraft and will serve the new owner well. If something broke, we fixed it. I am simply out of hangar space and have purchased new aircraft to replace this 310. Typical cruise is 170-175 knots on 26-28 GPH. 140 gallons of fuel gives an easy three hour endurance IFR, on the safe side. Based at KJXN, Jackson, MI. Well equipped as follows:Airframe/Engines/PropsTotal Time Airframe: 12,077.6Left Engine SMOH: 976.6 compressions: 76/70//78/72/72/70Right Engine SMOH: 1,006.6 compressions: 70/79/72/76/70/75Left Prop SMOH: 918.1Right Prop SMOH: 1,026.6TANIS engine heatersThree blade props with chrome spinnersAvionics/EquipmentSTEC 30 with altitude hold and GPSS coupled to the 430W. Not equipped to follow glideslope, heading bug couples but has been "wondering" lately. Holds altitude perfectly and GPSS works flawlessly. Will make all turns in your flight plan and on your approach, including hold entries. Seat five and six come with the aircraft, however, seat rails are not installed. I would rate the interior a 6. Pilot side window has a small crack that has not grown in four years and hundreds of hours of flying. Carpet and side panels show well. ExteriorBlue and white with grey accents. I would rate the paint a six, shows great from six feet, but not perfect. Cowl plugs included. Medeco locks on both nacelle baggage and rear baggage doors. If a cylinder compression was low, we bought a new cylinder and replaced. Being able to dispatch the aircraft was critical, always maintained to fly at a moments notice. Rear seat mount points not currently installed, though both rear seats do come with the aircraft.
