Airport flooded. Fresh water. Plane completely washed out. Engine/prop removed and overhauled. Reinstalled. Test flown. Instruments have not yet been changed. Have replacement instruments.( used serviceable.

I was restoring aircraft for my self. Sold it a year ago. Have now got it back. Aircraft was never picked up. So it has been setting at our airport for the last 2 years un touched. Was very clean undamaged aircraft now in need of good cleaning and check over.

Can ferry with the instruments in it, but should be changed with serviceable ones which are included.

A chance to buy a very good airplane cheap. With a little elbow grease and little money could have a very low time capable aircraft with fresh engine and prop.
