“This Aircraft has could use some fabric repair in a few areas on the fuselage,and one spot on the wing. It has some surface rust on some of the fasteners that could use a replacement with new fasteners. the engine cowling needs to be adjusted to fit tighter to the nose cowl and firewall. the nose bowl has some skin damage from the spinner rubbing in the past.Engine could use some TLC for "Looks" but runs fine.”

This Aircraft has New: A/C Batt., ELT Batt.,Brake Control Cable, Main & Nose Tires, Hyd. Brake Bleeder Fittings, Oil Cooler, and all four wing struts were removed(one at a time)in order to inspect, replace all four upper mount bolts w/AN hardware, inject Linseed oil,tap test for any possible weak areas(none found),and replaced with new cotter pins in lower mount bolts which were in excellent condition.all AD"s have been checked or complied with to date that were applicable to this Aircraft. Annual inspection was signed off in march 2015. It is by request of the Owner that this aircraft be sold due to medical requirements being out of date. Current date: 2015-07-18
