You are bidding on a super nice 1975 Piper Cherokee 140 Cruiser. It has been upgraded to a 160. The air conditioning an all components have been removed. It has approx 4500 total time, 1574 SMOH. It had 1 cylinder replaced 50 hrs ago. Compressions are76/77/77/76. Fresh March annual. Fresh Oil/ Filter change. It has 1 of the nicest interiors you will find anywhere, I rate the interior a 10. The paint is probably a 7, it has some chipping, the cowling was painted and the striped don"t line up exactly right. The panel is vfr but could be ifr cert. Has pretty basic radios, panel mount Garmin 496. Mode c transponder, PTT. Has all logs since new. Has optional Hat rack in the back. The plane flies great and you can tell it has been taken care of. 1 of the wheel pants has a stain from a leaky fuel sump ( no longer a problem).
