The Airframe spent its entire life in the Desert and Colorado, its very nice for its age. This is NO Florida, Coastal Aircraft. First of all, the Engine was changed to a 180 horsepower, o-360-A1A in 1962. The engine has a Constant Speed Prop Pad, fixed pitched propeller ,although. This Aircraft is a PA28-150 with a 180 Conversion, its got the cargo door and is set up just like a PA28-180, which came out the following year. It takes about 100lbs hit on the useful load from a 180 , but the Skytec Starter and removed instruments help the useful load. Imron Paint is in good shape, 1991, not perfect, very good for its age. This Aircraft is a good, read alot of money spent, upgade to the Perfect Cherokee. You are going to save alot of Money and Time.
