THE AIRCRAFT IS OFFERED AS-IS WITH ALL FAULTS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN AND WITHOUT A CURRENT ANNUAL INSPECTION.
AS WITH ANYTHING MECHANICAL (ESPECIALLY AIRPLANES), THERE IS SURE TO BE SQUAWKS THAT WILL NEED SOME LEVEL OF ATTENTION, BUT THERE ARE NO KNOWN SERIOUS MECHANICAL ISSUES WITH THE PLANE OR ENGINES. IT"S IS AS SIMPLE AS WHAT YOU READ ABOVE.
