1964 Piper PA-25-235 Pawnee project. Total Time on Airframe is 4425.1 hours. Engine is a 235 HP 0-540 B2B5 with 758.8 hours SMOH ( Since Major Overhaul) , cam replaced 35 hours ago. The fuselage was bead blasted, primed and repaired as needed including installing STC Solutions to comply with AD 95-12-01 by Acorn Welding that is documented . If you are not familiar with Acorn Welding they are highly regarded for aircraft welding. I talked to them on the phone, they have complete record of repair including the cost and what was done. Project includes 5 wings, one set has new front spars almost ready to cover, two motor mounts, one extra gear leg. 4 wing struts, 4 flaps, 4 ailerons, 4 elevators, 2 rudders, 4 doors, box of extra ribs, fuel bladder repaired/yellow tagged/ready to install, extra fuselage, booms, new tail wheel and tire. Lots of yellow tags and work already done. Plus lots of other parts. Canadian airframe and engine logs 1975 to present. So many extra parts i think if you did the work yourself you have enough extra parts that would pay the rest of rebuild. Released from Canadian registry it can be easily registered in the USA.
