This is a true auction, no minimums. The highest bidder will
own this aircraft. Piper Tomahawk (PA-38-112), auctioned off as parts airplane.
Airframe No.2 log book is missing, all other logs are available (Airframe No.
1, Engine and Propeller). 1979 model with just under 5000 TTAF hours. Engine is at
1901 SMOH (2400 TBO on this Lycoming O-235 L2C). Propeller is at 200 SOH, 800 hrs remains. The
aircraft was flown regularly until the moment when realized that the airframe log
book No. 2 out of 2 was missing. Since then, it has been hangared in dry
Colorado climate for the last 2 years. It does not have battery and suction
gage is not operational. Everything else was airworthy when parked 2 years ago.
Aircraft is 100% complete (minus the battery). It is full of AvGas, both tanks. Cylinder compressions were in low 70s at the last annual. There is superficial hail
damage on the wings, very hard to notice. Avionics are King KX170B and
Transponder KT-76. The following items are new or very recent: Airframe paint, all interior plastic panels, reupholstered
leather seats, reupholstered dashboard, pilot + co-pilot carpets, all glass
(except back window), spinner with backplate, upper cowling sheet metal +
cowling doors, rebuilt alternator, rebuilt strobe box, three tires, engine
baffling and baffle seals, brake liners, main fuel line and STC wingtips. $250 is due immediately after
auction end via PayPal. The remainder of
the funds are due three (3) days after auction end via Paypal or certified funds
sent overnight (no personal or corporate checks). The aircraft must be removed from the hangar
five days after the auction end. If you are
