No corrosion issues...she was painted back in 83, but the nose was repainted in 2017. I"d rate it a 8.
A excellent cross country machine! Logs are kept on ADLOG since the early 90"s...I have all the original logs as well.
This plane is always kept issue free...everything works...open checkbook maintenance.
I know these Twincos better than most guys out there...I can assist with a Pre-buy...I"ve owned more than a few of these and there are very few people out there that know Twincos" from a technical standpoint like I do.

Sure, you can buy a twinco with timed out motors, needing props, ratty interiors, a non working wing leveler, maybe some Narco radios...needing the gear AD in 1992 and the Heater AD back in 1974 for 50k.
This plane needs nothing, flies regularly, looks damned good...and all the hard stuff is done. (sure I would throw a Ron and Johns 6 pack panel for $800...the shotgun panel is a bit...eh...interesting...

Inspections done before auction ends...not afterwards...we can fly it, put it on jacks, swing the gear...tear open the inspection panels...ect. No tearing into my airplane after auction ends...I don"t really want to sell it, don"t need the money...but it may be time to let my Twinkie go...
