This Rotorway Exec has 112 hours. The airworthiness Certificate was signed off Oct 18, 1988I did not build it. It is being sold as is, where is. I flew it 21 hours. I lost my medical and must sell.I did a twisting landing one day and created a "oil can" type dent in the tail skin. The tail will have to be re-skinned. This ship had the original .020" skin. The factory has since changed to recommending a .025" skin. I already purchased the new skin as seen in the photos. I have all logs, paperwork, builder"s sheets and instruction manuals. After you own this helicopter, you will be eligible to attend flight training at the Rotorway factory in Arizona.
