This helicopter has had all the known upgrades performed during the final completion of the build. I have the actual assembly manual, all the documents to the new owner for the FAA sign off. The former owner used the helicopter to practice hovering and flying all over his ranch building flight hrs. and follow up training after he completed his first 20 hrs. in a Robinson R-22 helicopter. Most Robinson R-22 helicopter rentals range from $280-$375 per Hr.. including fuel. This helicopter is about $35.00 per Hr. including fuel!The helicopter has a 580cc Rotax engine, which is a 2 cylinder, 2 stroke liquid cooled engine with a 1,000 hour run time before overhaul. The engine currently has 108 hours. The Helicopter was last flown 2 years ago, the day I purchased her, I watched the seller fly her and hover her.The doors need hardware installed, which I have, as well as the Complete build instruction book. The helicopter has not been registered with the FAA yet. The helicopter was used to hover and fly on a large ranch, outside of a "Controlled" air space. Since this is an "Experimental Class Aircraft", It can NOT be flown at night, or over populated areas.
I have the Rotor blades and doors, as well as an aviation radio included in the sale price. I also will include a transponder, with antenna at the Buy it now price (Not installed yet) Rotor blades are in Excellent condition. Only 100 Hrs. actual flying time
