The Winning Bidder, at the end of the time allotted (provided my reserve of $14999.99 is met) will have to immediately make a $1,000.00 non refundable deposit within 24 hours through Paypal.
Pick up requirements are as follows: Within 7 days of the end of this auction, I would like the winning bidder to have made arrangements to pick up this helicopter & have payment made in full, (I will work with someone on a longer pick up date and time who"s willing to place a larger non refundable deposit to show good faith).

The FAA will be immediately notified of the sale of this Rotorway Exec. Please bring two (2) forms of legal identification (one legal picture ID will be needed) if you want the transfer of this helicopter to be notarized at the time of sale. Legal identification is required by me so I can forward the information to the FAA for their records and is usually issued by the State and/or Federal Government.
I am selling this Helicopter with confidence and going above what most small helicopter owners usually offer:
I will make the aircraft and trailer available for viewing and/or appraisal during the time that this auction is open.
But for any buyer who chooses the "buy it now" option, they will have the option to bring a Senior Certified National Aircraft Appraiser which is USPAP Endorsed to the close of sale, but it will be at the buyers expense and within the 7 consecutive days of the end of this auction and before payment is to be due. If the appraised amount by the Senior Certified National Aircraft Appraiser which is USPAP Endorsed for the helicopter and trailer under the option of, "buy it now", is within 6.5 %, this will be deemed acceptable to both parties. If the helicopter and trailer appraises for more than 6.5%, (which I"m confident) there is no additional charge. If the value of the helicopter and trailer is appraised by the Senior Certified National Aircraft Appraiser which is USPAP Endorsed is less than 6.5% of the "buy it now" price, the seller will return your deposit of $1000.00, and at that time both parties will have the right to cancel if desired. Here"s what you get with this Rotorway Exec:
#1. I am the legal registered owner of this helicopter, and there are no Liens and/or encumbrances on this aircraft. Clean and Clear title of ownership.
#2. All the paperwork from the complete building diagrams & charts, picture(s) of the actual assembly are included in this sale.
#3. This helicopter was built & assembled by an aircraft mechanic who has previously built experimental airplane(s) and helicopter(s) in the past.
#4. It comes with the custom helicopter trailer shown in the pictures, (I just repainted the trailer). All the tires on the trailer are in good condition.
#5. The helicopter has low profile skids, and comes with a skid balance weight should only one person wish to fly.
Max weight per person is 220 pounds according to spec. The helicopter seats 2 people. Spec max weight is estimated on or below 440 lbs.
I have taken the fiberglass skin & windshield off the front of the helicopter so I could replace the fuel regulator which is under the pilot seat.
#6. The new fuel regulator is preset and comes with the helicopter, but I haven"t installed it.
#7. This helicopter has a new Mazda rotary engine and uses normal gas. A rotary engine has less moving parts, and sense the engine rotor rides directly on a large bearing on the out put shaft, there are no connecting rods and crank shaft. The elimination of reciprocating mass and the total elimination of the most highly stressed and failure prone parts is achieved. Per weight and size, a rotary engine produces more horsepower than a reciprocating piston engine of the same size and weight. This rotary engine has a max of 225 hp and can run from 6000 to 9000 rpm easily. A piston engine of the same size and weight would only have 150 hp. according to spec manuals. With a rotary engine, there is no pistons to seize, valves to be blown, push rods to be bent etc. And with the Mazda rotary engine, it runs with a substantial reduction in vibration. Plus, a regular engine mechanic can work on the engine if needed. The engine is water cooled. And the manual is included. #8. I only used Idemitsu full synthetic racing rotary engine oil which is $10.00 per quart, 3 extra quarts included.
#9. Also included are your next set of 4 new high-performance NCK spark plugs 3129 which cost $70.04 each are included, you can email me and I will send you the link.
When I purchased the aircraft, I transferred the title, the aircraft serial number, and the assigned N number over to me. But sense then, I have allow the assigned N number to expire.
#10. The helicopter was purchased by me with it"s airworthy certificate and has never been disassembled.
#11. The tail rotor is shaft driven, & the tail rotor is off to protect it from damage.
#12. The main rotors have been removed for the same reason and they are stored in the custom trailer lock box.
#13. Both rotor pitch links are preset & have the same adjustment as you see in the hover and flight pic.
#14. The helicopter has a Narco Avionics AT 165 TSO transponder but I haven"t completely installed it, (installation manual included).
#15. Icom transceiver with new battery and charger included, plus headphone set and cell phone interface. Icom transceiver is removable.
#16. Because I was taking out the pilot seat to get to the fuel regulator (which is under the pilot seat) I purchased 2 new, 4 point harness belts. I have not installed them, but they"re included.
#17. Comes with New Lowrance Avionics Airmap 2000c with 256-color TFT, Aviation Mapping, GPS + WAAS. This aviation mapping system has 20 pilot-selectable options utilizing full HSI or MAP with CDI. I have the box and all instructions,,, the mount has been installed, and it can run on the aircraft electronics or battery. I was going to use it just on battery. These Lowrance Avionics units starting cost(s) are around $2,000.00 and up (and is included with no charge).
#18. Comes with 2 new aluminized heat barrier adhesive backed covers I purchased, but never used.
#19. Comes with extra engine parts that came with the helicopter when I bought it,,, and never use them.
#20. Comes with a small fiberglass repair kit for future maintenance should you need it. I never used it.
#21. It has front landing lights with regular and high beam settings.
#22. Included is extra training manuals for helicopter pilots, plus examination test prep for a pilots license.
#23. Has 2 additional overhead windows (I got when I purchased the helicopter) that have been cut and drilled, I never used them.#24. This engine has 2 coils and 2 sets of spark plugs and wires.
The aircraft has 6 hours on the airframe, engine and rotor blades.
#25. This helicopter has an underneath air scoop to ventilate the radiator.
Here"s what this helicopter needs:
You"ll need a new main 12 volt battery. I left this battery on the work bench without charging it.
You"ll need a pilot static tube. I had a custom static tube made from aluminum, but it broke when a person carelessly walked in front of the helicopter, it can be welded by an aluminum welder or a regular screw on static tube will work. I loosened the pilot seat and I"ve moved it from its fixed position, the collective will not rise until the seat is completely out, or the pilot seat is bolted back into place. But once the seat is out, I suggest not putting it back because the fuel regulator will be exposed & ready to replace, plus, while the pilot seat is out, the new seat harnesses that come free with this helicopter will go in easy. I recommend replacing the gas lines when the pilot seat is out because they"re also expose and easy to get to, but it"s not necessary. I have some old touch up pain (and I have the pint can for ID ordering or for laser matching). Tail fin needs a small amount of body work to cover a small guide wire rub cut that occurred when a tarp came loose, a picture of the tale is within these pics.

I will entertain respectable offers, I am not interested in trading for any other assets, this is a cash sale. For the money, I believe there is no other helicopter that would take less work to tweak, for this model, that you would be able to buy and fly in such a short time.
