This is a home-built experimental helicopter, that was owned by the famous Joseph Waitman. The founder and builder of the Waitman blades. He used this helicopter to test blades before they were sent to the customer. He has since passed away due to Vietnam"s Agent Orange. But this was his baby. It appears to be complete. It needs (as any used aircraft) a careful going over by a certified mechanic. It has a 4 cylinder 152 H.P. 4 stroke engine, MGL Voyager glass cockpit, including radio and Anx rotor/eng tach, sensors, compass, GPS ($12,000) CUBE fuel flow meter, Sandia remote transponder ($1700.00) heated leather seats, heated pitot, electronic ignition ($1600), duel electric radiator fans. Electric water pump and electric clutch, Sperling Cog belt upgrade, upgraded larger shaft, back up camera in tail boom, powder coated frame, professionally airbrushed and painted ($10,000). Too much to mention. 88.3 hrs. All building manuals, 3 log books, 5 big boxes of spare parts and extras. One of the blades has a shipping ding. Some say its fine, others say repair it or replace that one blade. You be the judge! N163NV SN 3107
