That means no oil bath and no leaks. The cog belt is brand new. It has a brand new 40mm secondary and new drive belts. It has strobes, nav lights, instrument lights and controls on the cyclic grip. The radio is a Bendix/King KY 97A. The channels can be changed from the cyclic grip. It has 162F landing gear, and very nice seats. All building manuals and books are included. It has all log books.
