NOTES For your consideration. Piper Commanche airplane parked next to LAX at KHHR airport.
Few things are better after flying Cessna 172 than hearing an approach controller say to a Cessna Skyhawk, "traffic is a Comanche off of your left wingtip overtalking at 40 knots." :)
The engines can go up to 2,000 hrs before haul so you have 560 hrs left. It"s recommended to sample the oil after 1,800 for the remaining 200 hrs. They are running smooth and oil consumption is exactly what it should be at 1qt per hour. I get easily 160-180 mph on a lean mixture depends on the wind direction. I have to pull the power to 10-15 and put the gear down to get a slower 120-130 mph.
I can deliver it to your location upon request for additional cost. Complete payment must be provided for delivery.
I am selling this great airplane as I am moving to a multi-engine Piper. Current date: 2017-08-31
