Up for sale is a 1958 Piper Comanche. PA-24-180. 4082 tt and 1696 smoh. This plane starts, runs and flys. However plane needs work, out of annual since 2017. AD’s are going to need to be complied with and plane is not adsb compliant. With some elbow grease and some money you can update this and make it the way you want. Ravin International sells these planes as a kit new for $85,000.00 This is a solid airplane that needs some updating for a fraction of a new kit. A new Piper with retractible gear is $500,000.00 plus depends on avionics. Again here you can save a lot of money. Here you can update avionics, overhaul engine, wrap exterior add a 3 blade prop and upgrade interior for less than a kit from Ravin. My loss is your gain.This is a great opportunity to start out. The reason I am selling is I have another plane and don’t need this one. Plane is hangared. I have only owned for a little over a year. The interior was redone in 2009.
